HOW TO POST AN APPEAL!

If you require any help/support/fix for an app that is released on ReleaseAPK ,
then you need to asks for it, in the said same release only, Instructions for that are below.

Also read the following carefully.

Do not(s) :
  1. Do not post "App not working".
  2. Do not post "App crashing".
  3. Do not post "App not installing".
  4. Do not post "App giving error".
  5. Do not post " :thumbsdown: ".
  6. Do not post Partial/Incomplete Appeal.
  7. Do not post Appeal in any language other than English.
All the above types of post(s) will be deleted without any Notice.

If you do not want help/support/fix , then do not post at all.
But if you did , then it will be deleted without any Notice.

If still not working , then Post in following format :
  1. Android Version : version number
  2. Android CPU Architecture : cpu arch
  3. Android Device : Device & it's model
    • example: Google Pixel 3, Google Pixel 3a XL , ...etc...
  4. Google Play Services Installed : Device has Google Play Services or not {ie Android Open Source Project (AOSP)}.
    • example: Yes, No it's AOSP , ...etc...
  5. Google Play Protect is On : Device has Google Play Protect turned On or Off.
    • example: Yes or No
  6. Rooted Device : Device has Root access or not & if rooted then which Root management system.
    • example: Magisk, SuperSU , ...etc...
  7. Xposed Installed : Device has Xposed Installed or not & if Xposed then which system.
    • example: Xposed by rovo89 , ...etc...
  8. Any Patcher Installed : Device any Patcher Installed or not & if installed then which system.
    • example: LuckyPatcher[LP], JasiPatcher[JP] , ...etc...
  9. Clean Install : Did or did not do a Soft or Hard Clean Install.
  10. Issue : Describe your issue here in detail.
    • example: FC on startup, FC on some settings , ...etc...
  11. Steps to reproduce Issue : Describe in steps to reach your issue.
    • Preferably "how to reproduce it ?" in step by step method in detail.
  12. Any Other Details : Anything that may help us to help/support/fix for you.
    • This is Optional, but can be helpful for us.
  13. Screenshot : some screenshots that shows the issue or behavior of it
    • Upload to an Image Host and paste the direct link(s) here in [img]...[/img] BBcode Tag.
    • example host: <imgbb.com>, <postimages.org>, <pasteboard.co> , ...etc...
    • example image in [img]...[/img] Tag: [img]https://i.ibb.co/VDR2xpf/globesuite.png[/img]

Steps for troubleshooting

Before making the appeal post , kindly do the following :

Soft Clean Install :
1. Uninstall previous version of app.
2. Install newly downloaded version of app.
3. Test the app.

Still not working , then do the following :

Hard Clean Install :
1. Uninstall previous version of app.
2. Reboot device.
3. Install newly downloaded version of app.
4. Reboot device again.
5. Test the app.

Still not working , then kindly post as described here : ./viewtopic.php?p=107676#p107676
Also we may/will require a debug log from ADB.
