when app startup is the login page..there you have to login or create account.
I just login with my ProtonMail account...I don't create a new account.

7 days.
First seven days you can connect to any server.
After 7 days - the trial premium period is finished and you can connect only to FREE servers.

one more IMPORTANT thing you must have a PROTON Email acount. You must login with that, don't create a free PROTONVPN, because you will remain free account.
It's not a problem to create ProtonMail account.
But even if I would have a ProtonMail account - anyway, in the process of "Sign up" - I will need to choose the type of ProtonVPN account.
And the only option there would be - to choose the FREE option. Or to choose Premium account and right after they will suggest to pay for this.

We all just wait for step by step instructions from you. :)

disable automatic time and increase days will help to check if expire or not? :D

Might work , Just Increase a day , then test , then again increase a day & test till 7 or 8 days passed.... :thumbup:

Nope.
Proton devs know how to respect the user.
No annoying popups at all.
No warnings, that will say something like "trial is gonna be finished".

The only thing, that happens - after 7 days, if you are connected to Premium server, you will be disconnected with an "Error" message in the notification bar. That's it.

I like their Log record page...as I see they send me an encrypted Id with "lifetime" specification. :)
I change my tablet time to 7 Mars 2018 and work fine...so they record your active from your 1st login day.
so change calendar day won't help.
